Refined oils or mixes of refined oils make up the majority of the commercial cooking oils on the market today. The nutritional content of the oil may be impacted by the chemical treatments and high temperatures used during the refining process, and the oil may lose some of its original flavor, colour, and scent. Chemical solvent extraction may be used to fully extract the oil from some refined oils in order to increase yield. Our objective is to offer people cold-pressed, unrefined oils that are raw and unprocessed, much like the oils our forefathers consumed. Oils that have been cold-pressed are not new; people have been using them for centuries.

In a traditional wooden ghani machine, raw groundnut seeds of the highest quality are crushed to produce groundnut oil. In contrast to the expeller press, the conventional wood press produces no heat, ensuring that all of the essential nutrients and the oil’s rich flavour are preserved.

Groundnut oil is a healthy option for routine everyday cooking because it is unprocessed and cold pressed. Because to its high smoke point, it can be used for many types of cookery, including deep frying.

It’s normal for the bottle to have sediment at the bottom.

It’s typical to have sediment at the bottom of the bottle and a cloudy appearance. The groundnut residue can eventually sink to the bottom of the oil because it is not filtered. This is completely natural and has no impact on the oil’s quality.
